Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at Bineswar Brahma Engineering College, Kokrajhar, Ronit is driven by a long-term vision to build a startup empire that shapes industries and fosters sustainable growth. Fluent in Hindi, English, and Assamese, he thrives in team-oriented and strategic environments.

In the short term, Ronit aims to gain practical experience in business operations and understand how startups function, with the goal of establishing an early source of income. Looking ahead, he envisions building a successful startup empire and becoming a prominent leader in the startup ecosystem. His career interests include data science, artificial intelligence, and green technology.

As the Internship Coordinator at Sproutup Student Cell, Ronit leads startup engagement and internship placements, actively mentoring students on startup culture, business strategies, and industry insights. Notably, he spearheaded multiple student initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and business growth and organized networking events for students to connect with industry experts and startup founders.

Ronit is exploring innovative business ideas in artificial intelligence and green technology while developing early-stage business models and financial plans. He is joining the Sproutup Incubator to gain real-world startup experience, refine his entrepreneurial skills, leverage industry connections, and learn essential product development and financial strategies for scaling a startup. His expectations from the incubator include networking with industry experts, access to prototyping facilities, and attending high-impact startup events and workshops. He is particularly interested in the Product Development and Finance departments.

Ronit plays an active role in startup-focused events, both as an Organizer and Speaker. As an Organizer, he leads event planning, coordinates with speakers, and ensures smooth execution. As a Speaker, he shares insights on entrepreneurship, startup strategies, and industry trends.
