In the short term, Kashmita is determined to be the Most Valuable Person (MVP) during the incubation phase, refining her skills across key sectors to become industry-ready. Her long-term vision is to secure a first-class officer position within the refinery sector, with aspirations to move into management roles. She has a deep interest in refinery operations, project management, process engineering, leadership, sustainability, and safety, all of which are central to her career goals.

Kashmita has gained valuable hands-on experience in various domains that have shaped her career. She has worked with a social media management group, where she helped develop digital outreach strategies. Additionally, she completed a six-month internship at BUILDWITH, where she gained insights into business operations and technical execution. She has also worked as a freelance Python coder, developing independent projects, and honing her technical expertise. Her skills extend beyond coding, as she is well-versed in business strategy, analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail, making her a well-rounded professional. Kashmita has also actively contributed to startup incubation activities. She played a key role in organizing “Rise & Shine 2.0” and served as the Anchoring Lead for the event, showcasing her ability to manage and lead in high-pressure environments. Her involvement in such projects has further honed her technical and managerial skill set, preparing her for future challenges in the startup world. At the Sproutup Incubator, Kashmita sees a vital platform for mentorship, funding, and hands-on startup experience. She is eager to gain access to industry experts, networking opportunities, workshops, and prototyping resources that will help her deepen her understanding of business fundamentals and scaling startup ideas. Kashmita is particularly interested in taking on a role in the Management Department, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic growth. In event management, she has demonstrated her effectiveness as a speaker and backend manager, ensuring smooth execution of various initiatives.
