Welcome to SproutUp Incubation Council! Our journey began during a moment of global uncertainty and unprecedented challenges. On June 17th, 2020, amidst the constraints of a nationwide lockdown, a group of passionate young visionaries at Bineswar Brahma Engineering College took a bold step forward. United by a shared dream to foster innovation and entrepreneurship, they laid the foundation for what would become an extraordinary hub for nurturing ideas and transforming them into impactful ventures. From its humble beginnings, SproutUp has evolved into a dynamic ecosystem designed to support startups and emerging businesses. What started as an idea has grown into a thriving council that empowers entrepreneurs, fostering a spirit of creativity, resilience, and strategic thinking. Today, the SproutUp Incubation Council is a beacon of entrepreneurial excellence, guiding startups from ideation to success with a holistic approach.

Our Roots and Evolution The seeds of SproutUp were nurtured by the relentless energy of young minds and the unwavering support of seasoned professionals. Early on, we brought together a diverse team of pioneering entrepreneurs, financial strategists, technologists, and industry leaders who shared an unwavering belief in the power of innovation. Housed within the academic halls of Bineswar Brahma Engineering College, the council became more than just an incubator—it transformed into a launchpad for entrepreneurial dreams. Our commitment to empowering startups was cemented with the launch of the “Rise and Shine” Startup Accelerator Program in Autumn 2020. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we attracted over 50 startups eager to redefine the boundaries of possibility. Building on this momentum, we introduced the “Startup Mini MBA Program,” providing startups with tailored education, mentorship, and support to grow strategically. In our inaugural year alone, we successfully incubated and supported more than 10 promising startups, setting them on a trajectory for growth and impact.

Expanding Horizons Through careful planning and foresight during lockdowns, we charted a course for the future of entrepreneurship in our region and beyond. As we look ahead, we see a vibrant tapestry of opportunities taking shape. Starting in 2024, the SproutUp Incubation Council will host a range of innovative programs and events designed to catalyze entrepreneurial success:

  • Startup MBA Program: A cornerstone program offering comprehensive training in startup management, strategy, and innovation.
  • Branding Design League, Cyber Design League, and Business Design League: Specialized initiatives focusing on essential aspects of startup branding, cybersecurity, and operational design.
  • Startup Summer Festival: A unique platform for startups to showcase their innovations, connect with investors, and gain marketing visibility.
  • Rise and Shine Accelerator Program: Our flagship program returns each autumn to empower startups with mentorship and funding opportunities.
  • Refresh and Restart Business Accelerator Program: Supporting established businesses in reinventing their strategies for new growth.
  • Thought-Provoking Workshops and Seminars: Annual sessions that bring together experts, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and best practices.
